Advanced Directives Write Up

Planning for end-of-life care or for a time when we are unable to care for yourself, is not easy. Talking with the people that matter most to you and sharing your wishes is a good first step. Join the Varnum Library on Saturday October 25th at 10am to learn how to have those special care and end-of-life care conversations and determine the best way to document and record those plans.
