Age Strong
From current older Vermonters and their family members to our neighbors, caregivers and younger generations, every one of us is getting older. Now is a good time to create or strengthen healthy habits around nutrition, physical activity, injury prevention, and social connections for a strong body and strong brain. Join us at the Varnum Library on Saturday 10/11/25 at 10am to learn and discuss the basics about how lifestyle choices promote healthy aging and how brain health is connected to lifestyle choices.
