Mindfulness Meditation Group

Mindfulness meditation encompasses many techniques and can be simply explained as a focus on the present moment.  All forms of meditation are welcome.  No meditation experience is necessary to participate.  Brief instruction will be provided at the beginning of each session.  Everyone is welcome.
